Dr. Piyali Sengupta

Dr. Piyali Sengupta is presently serving as Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering of Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad. She received her PhD from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (QS Rank 7, 2021) in 2014. Before joining IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, she served as post-doctoral research fellow in National University of Singapore (QS Rank 2, 2021) during 2014-2016. She is a recipient of the Early Career Research Award by the Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India in 2019. She has served as the secretary of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), India Section, Eastern Region during 2019-2021.

Mr. Sandip Kumar Deb is the Managing Partner of M/s. Sandip Kumar Deb & Associates, a valuation firm having expertise in valuation of all kinds of assets in India. He has more than 25 years of experience as a valuer of Real Estate (Land & Building) and Plant & Machinery. He has served as President – American Society of Civil Engineers – India Section during 2019-2021. He is presently serving as the Chairman – The Institution of Engineers (India), West Bengal State Centre, the National Vice President of Institution of Valuers (India) and Board Member of International Valuation Standards Council.

Mr. Srirup Mitra

Mr. Srirup Mitra is the Associate Director of AECOM having 19 years of experience in construction, design and analysis of civil infrastructures in India. He has been associated with several prestigious projects, e.g. design and construction of tunnels with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. He received his masters degree in Bridge Engineering from University of Surrey, UK in 2010. He has served as Secretary – American Society of Civil Engineers – India Section during 2019-2021. He is presently serving as Secretary – American Society of Civil Engineers – India Section, Eastern Region.
